3rd Shift Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Perform advanced preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, and utilities. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Support equipment setups, changeovers, and adjustments to meet production schedules. Record maintenance activity in the CMMS system. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and assist operators with machine start-ups and performance checks. Keep tools, parts, and supplies organized for efficient repairs. Follow OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety standards; enforce Lockout/Tagout, confined space, and arc flash safety programs. Participate in root-cause analysis and develop long-term solutions; suggest improvements to boost reliability and reduce waste. Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems; ability to read blueprints and schematics; familiarity with PLCs and automation systems a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical certification or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred
- 2+ years of multi-craft maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Familiarity with PLCs and automation systems is a plus
- CMMS experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- 8–12 hour shifts and occasional weekends
