3rd Shift Maintenance Technician- Food Manufacturing

Electrical Technician role on the 3rd shift for a food manufacturing facility, responsible for maintaining plant facilities and production machinery. Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations per diagrams, manuals, engineering specs, and safety regulations. Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF; adheres to quality and food safety protocols; maintains a clean and safe work environment; uses PPE and lockout/tagout. Duties include reducing downtime, completing weekly maintenance tasks, diagnosing mechanical/electrical issues, fabricating repair parts, servicing industrial refrigeration (ammonia and Freon), sharing technical knowledge and training new employees, maintaining inventory, and documenting maintenance activities to ensure quality and safety standards. Shift is 9:00 PM–5:30 AM.
