Job Summary
3rd Shift Maintenance Technician needed at Atrium Hospitality (Hotel) in Richardson, TX. Responsible for scheduled preventative maintenance tasks across guest areas and back-of-house operations, including guest room care, completing and documenting work orders, and troubleshooting/repair of minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Duties also include maintaining pool systems, landscaping/groundskeeping, and operating hand and power tools to support hotel equipment and facilities. Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is a plus. Must be able to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally; ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods. Required Qualifications
