3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic I

Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on refrigeration, HVAC, boiler, and air compressor systems while inspecting equipment and ensuring compliance with PSM and RMP policies. Complete daily rounds, document product quality checks, and maintain mechanical integrity of the ammonia system. Troubleshoot unsafe conditions, participate in food safety investigations, and develop corrective work orders to minimize equipment downtime. Work in a fast-paced, wet environment with frequent allergen exposure, adhering to strict hygiene standards and safety protocols. Maintain mechanical integrity of the ammonia system per RMP/PSM guidance and ensure PMs are completed on time.
