Job Summary
Manufacturing Associate at Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI (3rd shift, 10:00pm–6:00am). Responsible for setting up and running a label-cutting machine per customer specifications, monitoring quality of finished products through the production process, cross-training in other production roles, performing quality assurance checks, solving problems as they arise, and contributing to team goals. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of manufacturing experience, a proactive attitude, and willingness to learn new technology.
