This entry-level 3rd Shift Machine Operator position involves rotating between various machines, including CNC machining centers and assembly processes, with essential responsibilities such as loading parts, inspecting for defects, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Required Qualifications
- Production experience a plus
- Some computer skills needed
- Attention to detail and organizational skills needed
- Must be able to handle repetitive motion of placing metal castings into a fixture
- Must be able to operate small handheld tools on a regular basis
- Must be able to visually inspect machined parts and gauge them using several types of hand-held gauges
- Must be available to work overtime hours
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift as much as 50 lbs. several times a day
- Must be able to stand for the vast majority of the shift
- Must be able to perform manual work in a non-climate-controlled factory setting
