Job Summary
Operate plastic molding machines and secondary production equipment while monitoring performance and reporting quality or safety concerns. Inspect plastic parts, trim, sort, package, and label finished products to maintain production goals and safety procedures. Assemble boxes, prepare packaging materials, and keep the work area clean and organized throughout the 3rd shift. Communicate production information during shift changes and assist supervisors as needed. Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Stand and walk throughout the shift
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds regularly
- Perform repetitive trimming, inspection, and packaging tasks
- Visually inspect products for quality defects
- Safely use hand tools, including trimming knives and clippers
- Lift and empty production containers as needed
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required
