Job Summary
Operate machinery on 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) at LiDestri Foods in Rochester, NY, performing setup, operation, changeovers, and troubleshooting to detect product defects or machine malfunctions, adjust equipment, maintain GMP standards, follow SOPs, participate in cross training, document materials and processes, ensure safety and attendance, and report quality problems. Requires High School Diploma or GED preferred, basic math and computer skills, ability to use various hand tools, forklift experience for applicable areas, lock out/tag out certification, and a continuous improvement, team-oriented mindset.
