Job Summary
Loader Operator for TotalRecycle in Birdsboro, PA, working the 3rd shift to safely operate heavy equipment, enforce tipping-floor safety, assist with Direct Drop Off procedures, and maintain onsite grounds and cleanliness. Responsibilities include supporting onsite operations as directed by supervision, keeping roads and surrounding areas free of litter, and performing landscaping tasks (mowing, weed-whacking, mulching) as needed. Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather, able to read/write English, and able to work every other Saturday with overtime. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and customer assistance on a graveyard shift within a long-standing recycling facility.
