Job Summary
Guide the execution of the daily production plan and standards for safety, security, productivity, and quality. Comply with all safety procedures using PPE while training operators on pallet repair rates. Visually inspect and audit pallets to determine rework needs, then communicate status with Shipping/Receiving and the Shift Supervisor. Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Perform other duties as assigned. This 3rd shift role runs Monday through Friday from 9 pm to 5 am, with overtime and weekends subject to business needs. Terzo Enterprises focuses on the repair, refurbishment, and re-manufacturing of pallets.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets
- Must be available for 3rd Shift (Monday-Friday, 9 pm -5 am)
- Must be available for overtime and weekends subject to business needs
- Must comply with all safety procedures while performing job duties using Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
