3rd Shift Lead

3rd Shift Lead at Bioplast Manufacturing oversees a 3rd shift production team in an injection-molding environment. Responsible for inspecting production, disseminating responsibilities to staff, ensuring sufficient inventory for production, and covering Injection Molding machines during breaks. Acts as the point person for QA checks, communicates for continuous improvement, performs cleaning and maintenance tasks, manages floor inventory and cycle counting/lot tracking, trains new or assigned employees on duties and machine instructions, and enforces machine assignments per Supervisor. Requires knowledge of various injection molding processes, strong time-management and organizational skills, ability to work in a team, and basic computer skills. High school diploma required; injection molding experience strongly preferred. Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
