Job Summary
Perform repetitive line operations to mass-produce products while inspecting items for defects like dents, cracks, and improper joining. Maintain production records and document checks for weight, pipe length, and brittleness as assigned by the Production Supervisor. Work at varying stations and models, recommend improvements to methods and equipment, and uphold safety protocols including wearing cut-level gloves, hot gloves for molten materials, and hearing protection. Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements while promoting teamwork and housekeeping.
Required Qualifications
- Verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and external customers
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- High school diploma or GED required
