Job Summary
Perform general preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment, warehouse systems, and building infrastructure including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Execute routine inspections on machinery, conveyors, and safety equipment while operating forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory. Apply proficient skills in electrical, carpentry, and plumbing trades to maintain quality facilities and comply with OSHA safety regulations and lockout/tag-out protocols. Subject to on-call coverage for shift changes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Advanced mechanical abilities and general facility maintenance
- Strong Electrical and PLC Skills
- 2-3 years of forklift experience
- 3-5 years of manufacturing field experience
- 3 years + experience as a Maintenance Technician
- 3 years + related experience in plastic injection molding
- Ability to read and understand electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic prints
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Detailed oriented, logical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Good analytical skills
- Consistent daily attendance required
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Computer skills desired for operating warehouse management system (WMS)
- Control wiring / PLC wiring desired
- Experience with medium tonnage plastic injection molding machines
- Knowledge of robot operations a plus
- Ability to reflect positive attitude and disciplined work ethic
- Ability to work in a team

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in being a self-starter
- Ability to deal with internal/external customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
