3rd Shift General Maintenance Technician-Facilities-Full Time

3rd Shift General Maintenance Technician responsible for preventative maintenance and tasks across the physical plant to ensure a safe guest environment. Duties include basic electrical work, fire alarm and fire sprinkler system maintenance, plumbing, painting, carpentry, pool maintenance, wall coverings, HVAC filter installation/maintenance, tile and grout work, lock re-keying, and basic audio-visual and computer skills. Must drive a company vehicle with a valid driver’s license and pass annual MVR checks; willingness to learn and advance skills as directed. Holds responsibilities for preventive maintenance in guest rooms and resort facilities, responds to maintenance calls, and supports other facility staff as needed. Strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, productivity, and timely completion of tasks; requires physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 100+ pounds occasionally, with exposure to mechanical parts, varying conditions, and a noise-intensive environment.
