Job Summary
Use a variety of racking methods to process parts and prepare parts for shipment. Perform machine setup and runs on annealing furnaces and degreasers; conduct cleaning, racking and heat treating of components. Read, interpret, and follow process prints, engineering and quality standards. Monitor part tolerances, maintain accurate documentation (shop traveler, labor charging, production tracking software, inspection results), and report inefficiencies or machine issues. Follow priorities to meet production goals. Handle contacts with coolants, cleaning fluids, oils, and chemical vapors. Obtain and maintain required inspection certifications. 3rd shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 pm–7:00 am. Cross-functional collaboration and exposure to a variety of inspection equipment; gain experience with multiple manufacturing processes. Onsite role with standard aerospace manufacturing benefits and potential incentive programs.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent
- 2 years relevant experience
- basic math skills

- ability to learn job-specific applications
- read and interpret drawings
- interpret, and follow blueprints
