Job Summary
3rd Shift Fulfillment Supervisor leads a production team on the third shift to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment, drives continuous improvement and lean initiatives, ensures compliance with FDA, USDA and GMP requirements, coordinates with Quality and Warehouse teams, develops work schedules, conducts performance appraisals, and promotes teamwork and safety. Preferred skills include bilingual English/Spanish and LEAN certification or experience. Requires ability to work weekends and a high level of operational accountability.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years fulfillment or production leadership experience
- Experience identifying & executing process improvement initiatives
- Accountable to metrics related to operations
