Job Summary
Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan them appropriately, and pack them to complete your portion of each customer's order. Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards while paying close attention to detail when reading labels and selecting products. Move product from one location to another following food sanitation guidelines and assist with general housekeeping. Work inside a large warehouse area maintained between 34-40 degrees Fahrenheit, wearing provided gloves. This 3rd shift role runs Sunday through Thursday from 10pm to 6am with a starting wage of $18.75. Mom's Meals, a family-operated home-delivered meal service for seniors and patients since 1999, is in hyper-growth mode and seeks compassionate individuals to support their mission.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours
- Able to lift/move to 50 lbs occasionally
- Shifts can include weekends and holidays and/or overtime
- Have a strong service orientation
- Be a team player, including the ability to communicate well with others
- Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Must have basic reading skills
- Pass a post offer drug screen and background check
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in warehouse distribution, or similar environment
