Job Summary
Forklift Operator (3rd Shift) at Midwest Refrigerated Services in Milwaukee, WI responsible for daily warehouse material movement, trailer handling with spotter, yard organization, and accurate inventory reconciliation. Must operate in cooler environments (34-38F), lift heavy items, and ensure safety/compliance. Requires 1-3 years forklift/spotter truck experience, RF inventory systems familiarity (plus), High School Diploma (or equivalent), and ability to work weekends/overtime; CDL (Class A) preferred but not required. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 1-3 years of forklift experience
- 1-3 years of spotter truck experience
- RF controlled inventory systems experience (a plus)
- Previous experience handling food products (a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently and 80+ pounds
- Ability to work weekends and overtime
- Good computer aptitude and math skills
- Read/write/speak English
