3rd Shift Floating Youth Treatment Specialist (Full-Time)

Conduct routine bed checks every 15 minutes to ensure resident safety, accurately documenting observations and behaviors while maintaining a calm, structured overnight environment. Utilize verbal de-escalation, crisis intervention, and safe physical interventions as needed, supporting youth in developing social, emotional, and daily living skills. Assist with basic household responsibilities, including light meal preparation, medication administration, and transporting residents, while serving as a consistent role model. Work 4 weeknights and every other weekend from 11pm to 7am, earning $20.50–$22.50/hour with holiday time-and-a-half pay.
