3rd Shift Export Cordinator

Job Summary
Manage export documentation including bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations to ensure regulatory compliance. Coordinate with shipping partners, sales, and government offices to facilitate product movement to international markets while tracking load status and resolving disruptions. Act as the primary contact between internal departments and external stakeholders, generating reports on shipping costs and timelines. Maintain organized records for auditing and stay updated on tariffs and trade regulations. Work 6:00 to 14:30 with overlapping shifts, requiring fluency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish language
- Must be able to hear enough to understand those individuals
- Must be able to read, interpret, and comprehend documents such as graphs/flow sheets, financials, general professional articles and publications, governmental regulations, safety rules, assignment sheets, and procedure manuals
- Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, policies and procedures, and other administrative forms
- Must be able to effectively communicate in both individual and group settings
- Must be able to present information and respond to questions from individuals and/or groups including residents, employees, managers, and the general public
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure such as whole numbers, fractions, percentages, and fractions
- Must be able to compute rate, discounts, ratios, and percent
- Must be able to make, read, and interpret financials, graphs, rates, ratios, and percentages
- Must be able to apply common sense and judgment in solving problems and interpreting and understanding instructions furnished in written or oral form
- Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action yet reason when to involve supervisor
- Must have basic computer knowledge with the ability to learn software
- Must display strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deal with frequent interruptions
- Must have basic office skills such as phone skills, voice mail, copying, faxing, typing, and directing visitors
- Must be able to function independently given assigned duties
- Must be able to lead problem-solving and troubleshooting efforts associated with high-level process issues
- Must be able to motivate, train, and coach employees to encourage optimum performance and engagement
- Must have good planning and priority-setting skills
- Must be able to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
- Must be able to be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment
- Must be able to work in varying production environments (heat and cold)
- Must be able to provide leadership and guidance to employees on the Production Floor
- Must be available for long hours and weekends
