Job Summary
Residential Support Specialist in the Integrated Community Living (ICL) program, providing person-centered support in community residential settings. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities and personal care, promoting community access and transportation, administering medications per MAP standards, documenting ISPs and daily records, responding to emergencies, advocating for participants, and collaborating with families, providers, and team members. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, MAP/CPR/First Aid certifications, and flexible overnight hours: Wednesday–Saturday, 11pm–9am (40 hours). Salary is $20/hour.TEMP position based in Springfield, MA.
Required Qualifications

- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- 18 years or older
- Six months of relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
