Job Summary
Supervise, evaluate, and direct maintenance employees on the 3rd shift to perform operations according to policies while maximizing safety, efficiency, and productivity. Ensure proper training of staff and monitor that machinery, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized for efficient production. Work closely with other maintenance and production supervisors to promote efficiency and teamwork, attend scheduled meetings, and perform other duties as assigned. This role requires overall knowledge of maintenance operations, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to teach new skills to employees.

- Knowledge and technical skills in a variety of maintenance jobs
