Job Summary
3rd Shift CNA/HHA Supervisor leading overnight RCAs to deliver high-quality, safe care; responsibilities include rounds, handling real-time staff and resident safety needs, incident reporting, and training staff. Works with Health & Wellness Director and RN/LPN on emergencies and drills, helps coordinate employment drills and policy training, and supports ongoing staff development and communication with residents’ families. The role combines leadership with hands-on support in an assisted living setting during the overnight shift.
Required Qualifications
- CNA (MA) or HHA certification required
- 2+ years hands-on caregiving experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience (supervising 6+ staff)
- Scheduling experience preferred
- Assisted Living experience is a big plus
- Education: Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
