Job Summary
ShareSTAFF is hiring a Case Picker for a full-time position in a freezer warehouse, responsible for picking and organizing products while adhering to safety protocols in cold environments.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years recent experience in a warehouse, freezer, or cold storage environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding and cold environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking
- Ability to safely operate an electric pallet jack or willingness to be trained
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods in a cold environment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picking processes
Additional Requirements
- Regular exposure to freezer and cold storage conditions is expected
