3rd Shift Caregiver – 4-Day Work Week

3rd Shift Caregiver position providing personal care and activities of daily living to RCAC/CBRF/memory care residents. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, toileting, meals, laundry, mobility and transfers, administering medications with reporting, following care plans, maintaining safety and cleanliness, supporting activities, observing/reporting resident conditions, accurate documentation, and adherence to DHS/DHS83/89 regulations. Requires reliability, flexibility (including holidays/weekends), HIPAA compliance, and ability to promote residents’ emotional well-being. On-site care role at Mequon, WI with a 4-day work week and 3rd shift; CNA/CBRF certification preferred. Educational requirement: high school level or equivalent; six months of caregiver experience preferred. No supervisory duties.
