Job Summary
Inspect and clean all luggage storage bays, overhead passenger storage areas, windows, and floors. Empty trash receptacles and vacuums as needed, then sanitize floors and fixtures. Clean the exterior of the vehicle and fuel buses as required. Operate fuel pumps and maneuver large vehicles, including double deckers, around the facility. Understand and promote OSHA safety rules in a fast-paced environment. Requires a valid CT driver's license, ability to pass an in-yard driving test, and physical stamina for hard work. Schedule runs Thursday through Monday from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM with Tuesday and Wednesday off.
Required Qualifications
- Stamina to work a physical job that requires hard and detailed work in a fast paced environment
- Valid CT driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- 18+ years old
- Must be able to pass an in-yard driving test of all vehicles
- Must be able to maneuver large vehicles including double decker's around facility
- Operate fuel pump
- Pass a Human Performance Examination (HPE), physical exam, background investigation and drug test prior to hire
- Must be able to pass an in-yard driving test of all vehicles
