3rd Shift Boiler Assembler at U.S. Boiler Company, Lancaster, PA. Join a team that mechanically assembles residential boilers, using hand and power tools, following assembly instructions and blueprints, verifying specifications, and preparing products for shipment. Work on a union hourly, full-time schedule with training pay and potential incentive pay after training. Must be able to read specifications, handle parts, maintain inventory, document production and quality forms, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, setup reduction, value stream mapping). Cross-training to other positions and maintaining a safe, cooperative work environment are expected.
