3RD SHIFT B&E MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate boiler, engine, and refrigeration system maintenance across a 3-shift operation. Responsibilities include prioritizing work orders, scheduling mechanics, monitoring production areas for proper equipment function, performing skilled maintenance (construction, welding, brazing, soldering, plumbing, hydraulics), adjusting and repairing electrical and electronic equipment, participating in the HAZMAT team for emergencies, promoting safety and OSHA/PSM compliance, handling required paperwork (including payroll), and maintaining records for boiler and refrigeration systems. Emphasis on safety, reliability of equipment, and leadership in a manufacturing plant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Be able to work all 3 shifts as needed
- Heavy lifting required
- Able to work in both hot and cold temperatures
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to monitor and operate refrigeration/boiler areas to ensure proper functioning of equipment and machinery
