Job Summary
Assist in managing daily operations as the 3rd Person in Charge at the Port Orford location, supporting the 1st and 2nd Persons in Charge, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures. Provide staff supervision and guidance, coordinate schedules and workflow to maintain productivity, address customer inquiries, maintain accurate records and reports, and participate in training and development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a 3rd Person in Charge or similar supervisory role
