Job Summary
Coordinate EZ3PL billing and SAP EWM activity for EZ3PL services. Create IB and OB transactions in SAP EWM for EZ3PL receiving and orders; complete daily EZ3PL transaction confirmations/billing; create individual invoices for container customers; monitor emails and respond to EZ3PL inquiries; email EZ3PL invoices at the start of each month for prior months’ transactions; assist the warehouse as needed and verify weight sheets. Requires High School or equivalent, ability to work in the US without sponsorship, familiarity with SAP and EWM (or similar systems), proficiency in MS Office 365 and Google Docs, strong data-entry and math skills, good communication in English, and strong organizational abilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Knowledge of SAP and EWM or similar systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Google Docs, Excel, Word, Teams or similar apps
- Ability to multitask with high attention to detail
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
- Ability to read, write, and speak the Standard English language
- Organizational skills
