Job Summary
Support residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. Encourage resident independence, support resident choice, and preserve resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions. Maintain confidentiality of both resident and staff information while presenting with a neat, clean appearance. Participate in designated facility in-services and help new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities. Exhibit a positive customer service attitude by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others. Display personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision and demonstrate consistent work attendance as scheduled.

- Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Prior direct care experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
