Job Summary
3rd Level Support Engineer in a hybrid, full-time role in Switzerland. Collaborates with Support and Development to investigate technical anomalies reported by customers; acts as central point of contact between customer-facing teams and technical departments; handles inquiries related to the bexio API; participates in automation projects to optimize workflows. Key tech stack exposure includes Linux, GIT, MySQL, PHP and/or Java; accounting know-how or bexio experience is a strong plus. The role offers a hybrid model with flexible hours, and benefits such as 5 weeks of vacation, parental leave, wellness programs, and pension contributions. Location options include Rapperswil-Jona and Sankt Gallen in Switzerland, with in-person remote arrangement.
