The 3rd Key at SNIPES will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, handling opening and closing procedures and various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with floor set guides, driving sales and profitability, guiding store teams to meet sales plans, maintaining merchandise presentation, training on security policies, and ensuring store cleanliness. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, possess retail experience, and have a keen attention to detail.
