The 3rd Key will manage the store during the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, performing opening and closing procedures and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include executing floor set guides and promotions, driving sales and profitability, assisting with operational goals, managing visual merchandising, training in security policies, ensuring store cleanliness, and communicating policy changes. Ideal candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, and a drive for results while maintaining a passion for the brand and excellent customer service.
