Job Summary
3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing procedures and other administrative tasks. Responsibilities include leading in driving sales and profitability, communicating store goals, setting up promotions with proper signing, maintaining merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards, training and enforcing security policies, ensuring associate safety, processing register functions, ensuring cleanliness in the store and stockroom, and communicating policy changes to staff. Requires enthusiastic brand alignment, strong customer service and communication skills, team leadership, problem solving, and the ability to adapt. Part-time role based in Philadelphia, PA, onsite.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
