The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, executing opening and closing procedures, and handling administrative tasks. Responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, assisting with the store's operational goals, effective setup of promotions, maintaining merchandise presentation, ensuring compliance with security policies, and ensuring store cleanliness. Strong communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with enthusiasm for the brand and customer service skills.
