Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing procedures, and other administrative tasks. Responsibilities include demonstrating timely execution of floor set guides, driving sales and profitability, assisting with communication of operational goals, ensuring compliance with visual merchandising standards, enforcing security policies, and maintaining store cleanliness. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills, and a drive to achieve results.
Required Qualifications
