Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing opening and closing procedures and organizing administrative tasks. Responsibilities include executing floor set guides and promotions, driving sales and profitability, assisting in merchandising according to Visual Merchandising standards, enforcing security policies, ensuring store cleanliness, and communicating operational goals to the store team. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication, problem solving abilities, and a passion for the brand.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
