Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing procedures as well as administrative tasks. Responsibilities include demonstrating timely execution of promotions, driving sales and profitability, training staff, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards, and communicating operational goals. Qualifications required include being at least 18 years old, strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
