Job Summary
The 3rd Key manages the store during the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, handles opening and closing procedures, and performs administrative tasks. Responsibilities include executing floor set guides, driving sales, assisting in training and security enforcement, ensuring store cleanliness, and communicating policy changes. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills, leadership abilities, and problem-solving capabilities, and be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
