Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, which includes overseeing opening and closing procedures and various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include demonstrating leadership to drive sales, assisting in communicating operational goals, maintaining merchandise presentation, enforcing security policies, ensuring store cleanliness, and training staff on updated policies. The role demands enthusiasm for the brand, discipline, motivation, goal orientation, adaptability, and strong teamwork abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
