Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, executing floor set guides and promotions, and driving sales and profitability. This role requires effective communication with the store team regarding operational goals, maintaining merchandise presentation, and ensuring security policies are enforced. Key responsibilities include assisting with store cleanliness and implementing changes in policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Communication and organizational skills

- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
