Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing opening and closing procedures, as well as performing various administrative tasks. This role requires demonstrating timely execution and compliance with promotions, driving sales and profitability, assisting in merchandise presentation, training on security policies, and ensuring safety. Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to lead a team and maintain cleanliness standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
