Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing opening and closing procedures along with other administrative tasks. Responsibilities include demonstrating leadership in driving sales and achieving store goals, assisting in visual merchandising, training staff on security policies, ensuring store cleanliness, and effectively communicating store policies. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about the brand, possess strong customer service and communication skills, and can work well in teams. The role requires problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
