Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager including opening and closing procedures as well as other administrative tasks. Responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, communicating store goals, setting up promotions with proper signing, maintaining merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards, training and enforcing security policies, ensuring associate safety, handling register functions, and ensuring cleanliness and policy updates are implemented. Required attributes include 18+ years old, high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service, communication, organizational and leadership skills, ability to stand for long periods, and ability to lift 15-30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
