Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing opening and closing procedures and performing administrative tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring timely compliance with floor set guides, driving sales and profitability, assisting in operational communication, and maintaining merchandise presentation according to visual merchandising standards. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, alongside strong problem solving capabilities, with an emphasis on safety and cleanliness in the store. This position demands enthusiasm for the brand and a team-oriented approach.
