Job Summary
The 3rd Key is responsible for managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing opening and closing procedures, and executing administrative tasks. Responsibilities include driving sales, achieving operational goals, setting up sales/promotions, ensuring compliance with visual merchandising standards, training on security policies, and maintaining store cleanliness. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication.
