Job Summary
The 3rd Key is responsible for managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including overseeing opening and closing procedures and handling various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, ensuring compliance with floor set guides and promotions, maintaining merchandise presentation, and enforcing security policies. The role requires strong customer service skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and ideally possess retail experience.
