Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing opening and closing procedures, demonstrating effective leadership to achieve sales goals, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
