Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing procedures and other administrative tasks. Responsibilities include demonstrating timely execution of floor set guides and promotions, driving sales and profitability, assisting in training staff, maintaining merchandise presentation, enforcing security policies, ensuring safety protocols, processing register functions, and communicating store policy changes. Candidates should possess strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, and have a strong enthusiasm for the brand.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
